Instead of a Sunday service, it's a Service Sunday!
Service Sunday is a ministry of Redemption Church that involves Christians worshipping God by
taking His love to people wherever they are.
Here's the design: In those months where there are five Sundays (for 2008, it's the months of
March, June, August and November), we don't meet for Sunday Celebration on the 5th Sunday.
Instead, we use that time to go out in the name of Jesus to restaurants, hospitals, care facilities,
communities and anywhere else people are to share the love of Christ. Whether it's through
doughnuts for nurses or songs for shut-ins or ice water for workers, we're finding creative ways to
BE the Church to people who either can't, don't or won't GO to church that given Sunday.
Take advantage of the next opportunity to live God loud to the people around us.
